Sure it could be turquoise, but I prefer Moon Rocks since the colors are so exceptional and the Mokume Gane technique gives it such a wonderful texture.

Project Instructions
Your workspace:
Please make sure your work area is covered and you are not working on an unprotected surface. We recommend working on the Sculpey® Work ‘n Bake Clay Mat, wax paper, metal baking sheet, or disposable foil. Uncured clay may damage unprotected furniture or finished surfaces. Be sure to cover your crafting area appropriately.

Getting Started:
Start with clean hands, unwrap and knead clay until soft and smooth, or condition by running clay though a Pasta Machine. We recommend using a designated machine for clay purposes only. When working with multiple colors, clean hands with soap and water or baby wipes (we have found that baby wipes work best) before switching colors. Shape clay, pressing pieces firmly together. Wash hands after use.

Baking:
Begin by preheating oven to 275 °F (130 °C). After you are done creating; for best results bake clay on an oven-proof surface such metal, aluminum foil, an index card or the Sculpey® Clay Mat at 275°F (130 °C) for 15 minutes per ¼" (6 mm) thickness according to package directions. Oven safe glass or ceramic surfaces are also acceptable for baking; however please note that the baking times may take longer as the glass or ceramic surfaces take longer to heat up. For best baking results, use an oven thermometer. DO NOT USE MICROWAVE OVEN. DO NOT EXCEED THE ABOVE TEMPERATURE OR RECOMMENDED BAKING TIME.
Roll half a package of each color out on the #2 setting of the Clay Conditioning Machine. Stack the colors as shown and cut into a rectangle that is about 2x3 inches.
Place this stack, narrow end down, into the Clay Conditioning Machine, set on #2, and roll through again to create a longer length of clay. Accordion fold this clay into thirds, making sure that a layer of Teal is on one of the top surfaces.
Repeat step 3 again.
Put the folded clay onto the ceramic tile (teal side up) and lightly press it to the tile. Use the largest Style and Detail tools to push holes into the clay. They should be fairly deep, but not all the way through the clay.
Use the rubber chisel on the opposite end of the medium size ball tool to etch some zigzag lines into the clay stack. This will simulate veining found in stone.
Fill in with the medium and small ball tools as shown.
Slightly bend the Super Slicer blade and cut off as thin a layer from the top (slicing parallel to your work surface) as you can to reveal the amazing textures created! Set this cut layer aside.
Place one or two layers of Leaf Green, rolled out on the Clay Conditioning Machine on the #1 setting, beneath the stack of clay so that the entire stack is at least 3 #1 layers thick.
Bend your cutters by bending only the cutting side of the cutter. Use your pliers to gently and randomly bend this cut edge.
Put a sheet of candy paper over the top and select an area to cut out with the bent cutters. Put something hard and flat on top of the cutter and press it down firmly (Using your hand to press the cutter can bruise it!.) Wiggle the cutter slightly and remove the cutter and the paper.
Use a craft knife to gently help release the cut clay from the selvage clay.
Even the selvage clay can be used to cut unusual shapes as shown.
Use the edge of the Etch n’ Pearl tool to smooth the edges and the back edge of each piece.
Stack one #1 layers of the Teal Pearl and 2 layers of Leaf Green and place the cut slice of clay over the stack. Use the candy paper and cutters to cut out as many pieces as possible as directed above.
Press the Etch n’ Pearl tools into the holes in each piece to mimic the textures on the other pieces.
Layout your bracelet, fitting the pieces together as naturally as possible.
Place the holes in one of the thinner pieces, using the needle tool from the Basic Tools Set. Match each piece to this piece to make sure that the holes are all placed evenly. Once all the pieces have the holes drilled in them, bake them according to the directions above in Step 1 and let them cool thoroughly. NOTE: Elastic is sensitive to heat and will shrink if you string while beads are warm!
If desired, brush a little dark brown paint on a small piece of sea sponge and daub the sponge on both the top and bottom sides of the “stones”. Keep the sponge on the dry side to avoid any large blobs of paint!
String one side of the bracelet, adding small silver beads between each “stone” to help fill the gaps. String the opposite side in the same manner. Flip the bracelet over and tie off each side of the elastic in a double knot, tightening ONLY on the second part of the knot. Trim elastic to ¼ inch.
