New Color Tuesday! Introducing Sculpey III® Redwood

The top row of the large photo contains the 3 colors that I'm mixing with the featured color on the far right. The bottom 3 colors are the colors mixes created by mixing the color directly above with equal portions (1:1) of the featured color.

This is my very first Sculpey III® NCT I have created, but given how I totally fell in love with this luscious Redwood color – well I just HAD to do a NCT with it.  I actually used several of the newer Sculpey III® colors in this NCT as well and the color mixes behaved exactly like I thought that they would.

I do have to get a shout-out to the 3-color team of Redwood, Coral and Plum – I love that trio together.

My earrings this month use that classic “Natasha Bead” technique of swirling/twisting the colors squaring the ball up and slicing it in half. The colors are fantastic and the slices are thick enough to give the earrings wearability integrity.

and don’t forget to mention which clay you are using (#Premo or #Souffle)
