The top row of the large photo contains the 3 colors that I’m mixing with the featured color on the far right. The bottom 3 colors are the colors mixes created by mixing the color directly above with equal portions (1:1) of the featured color.
This Sculpey Premo™ Ice Blue Pearl continues to surprise me! I chose 3 fairly strong warm colors to mix this week and Ice Blue Pearl AGAIN held its own with them!
I WILL be making something with these 3 mixes – they look like sophisticated Mid Century colors to me and I adore them. The Apricot/Ice Blue Pearl mix created a sort of warm Ivory, while the Mustard Yellow/Ice Blue Pearl mix created a soft yellow/green color that I’m obsessed with.
Alizarin Crimson is THE most mysterious color to me in the entire Sculpey Premo™ palette, yet the Ice Blue Pearl had a big effect in the mix. I’m definitely planning on some sort of project with the Mustard Yellow, Alizarin Crimson and their 1:1 mixes. Maybe a switch cover for my living room? Hemmmmm….
