Start with clean hands and work surface area. Good work surfaces include wax paper or disposable foil. Wash hands after use.
Roll out a sheet of clay, about 1/4 inches thick. Using the craft knife cut out one circle for the bottom of the pot. Then cut out one rectangle for the body of the pot (make this a little bigger than you need to as you will cut a thin strip out of the rectangle to place around the rim)
Place the circle on your work surface and wrap the rectangle around the circle to create a cylinder. Turn over to smooth the seams. Gently pinch the top edges of the pot to create a slight flare.
Press circle stickers onto the pot, paint pot as shown in picture and let completely dry. Once dry, remove the stickers.
