July 2015-4Again with a color I don't use much! Souffle Bordeaux is such a RICH color and I often bypass it for Turnip.  But today, I decided that it would be our mix color for the week and what a mixer it turned out to be!  When it was mixed with all 3 colors every single one was gorgeous!  I love the deep copper of the 1B/6RG Rose Gold mix, the icy 1B/6WG White Gold mix and the lush sparkle of the 1B/2YG mix (the 1B/6YG is a little over-the-top for me!)

I'm thinking that any of these mixes would be an interesting addition to a holiday design for something a little different from the traditional red and green..say any of my favs above with turquoise green mix?

Next month I'm thinking of mixing Opal with 4 basic colors groups: Blues, Reds, Greens and Purple/Pinks..  see you then!  --syndee
