I won't deny it - warm, bright colors are my Happy Place - and this weeks mixes make me very, very HAPPY. I can see myself using all three of these mixes often - I love those two golden mixes (Cinnamon/Canary 1:4 is still my favorite Maize mix though). And I really kind of like that Turnip/Canary mix as a deeper version of the Guava as it's now kind of a warm rose color. This color palette is tropical without being an obvious tropical (no greens or aquas). Lovely colors for outdoor cushions to pop against the greens of the lawn, don't you think?
So let's look at the sub-palettes.
#1 is a lovely warm, but soft palette. A great palette for earrings since they would pop against both blonde hair and darker hair.
#2 is my kind of palette - a color-punch-in-the-face. It reminds me of mango, pineapple and guava - maybe frozen slushies with a little tequila or rum? Fun party colors - hey! great colors for coasters - easy to see and helps with the party atmosphere.
#3 is the more grown-up, sophisticated very of the #2 palette. Gentle, soothing, a little more refined, but with that punch of gold from the Pumpkin/Canary mix. Great colors for a neutral bedroom to add a pop of soothing color and a small burst of gold. The gold also keeps it from leaning too feminine for me as well.
