Return Policy

To return a product to Polyform Products Co., Inc., you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done through the My Account page on www.sculpey.com under the Order History and Details tab.

NO returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Polyform Products Co. Inc. does not accept exchanges, returns or defectives purchased from other retailers. Used products are nonrefundable.

To request an RMA number please log into My Account on www.sculpey.com. Go to the Order History and Details tab and select the order containing the item you wish to return.

To return an item purchased from www.sculpey.com please follow these easy steps:

  1. Choose a reason for return
  2. Fill out the comment section with additional details about your return
  3. Upload photos of the item(s) being returned
    • We require photos of the following:
      • Lot Code Number
      • Item Issue
  4. Once you have submitted the return request, Polyform will respond with approval and will provide an RMA number.

Note: please do not return goods without an RMA number. This will delay the return process and delay credit to your account.

Polyform Products accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days of purchase from www.sculpey.com for a full refund of the product’s purchase price only (shipping costs will not be reimbursed). All products must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Product will be inspected upon return to see if it meets this criteria.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Polyform Products on returned items. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) for returned items. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your credit card/financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

If Polyform Products approves the return of defective items we will pay the shipping charges to send your replacement products.

    1. Wrong item
    2. Clay Issue
    3. Damaged Item
    4. Missing part or piece

  • Include a brief description of the issue
  • Include pictures of the issue and the lot codes.
The lot code is located on the wrapper or package of the product you purchased. Some of our kit products have lots codes on the outer package and the individual wrapped clay bar. Below are some examples of the potential location and format
