I threw some curveballs to my Sculpey Soufflé™ Yellow Ochre this week with the color I chose. I kind of guessed that I would get some form of green when I mixed the Ochre with Cornflower. Pistachio is one of my wild cards – I guessed some form of light green and I was correct! Royalty surprised me with a really nice deep Taupe color that is a perfect background for a lot of my favorite surface treatments.
Of course any of these colors or mixes can be used in combination with any other colors you wish, but I’ve picked 3 palettes of colors using ONLY the original colors and their mixes above.
#1 There is kind of a mid-century vibe going on with this color palette, right?

#3 I really like the Cornflower with that Royalty/Ochre Taupe color. And that Pistachio/Ochre mix adds just the right amount of non-metallic pop. (I can’t wait to try this combo with a pop of Sculpey Premo™ Bronze, Copper or 18K!
