Our Different Clay Mediums

Compatible with all the clay we carry, these mediums will affect your creations in unique ways. Here’s what each has to offer:

  • Sculpey® Bake & Bond: Need to seal two shapes together or attach your clay crafts to other materials for mixed-media results? This bakeable adhesive works hard to bind clay to porous materials and other clay pieces. Its bond is so strong that you won’t have to apply much pressure, so pieces will preserve their fine details and shapes. You can adhere clay raw to raw, raw to baked and baked to raw.
  • Sculpey® Liquid Clay Softener: Polymer clay is perfectly pliable, but for materials that are especially firm, this liquid clay softener will smooth and soften the texture for optimal consistency, preventing any dryness or crumbling. Just add a couple drops to your clay and knead with your hands until it’s more workable. You can also add this softener to Liquid Sculpey® to thin it out.
  • Sculpey® Glaze: Looking for a pretty polymer clay glaze to finish your project with a flourish? Try our Sculpey® Glazes to give your polymer clay a gloss finish or satin shine. These products add a durable seal to baked items, customizing to the gorgeous finish of your choice.

With the addition of glazes, polymer clay glosses and glues, polymer clay has endless potential. Put yours to use today by trying all our Sculpey® mediums.
