Metallics and Pearl Colors

 

You don't have to be be satisfied with colors straight out of the package. By mixing combinations of colors, or by adding black and silver, you can create wonderful shades and tints. Here are some recipes for some of my favorite metallic blends!

 

Materials and Tools:

  • Packages of Premo! Sculpey
    • Gold 5303
    • Pearl 5101
    • Blue Pearl 5289
    • Green Pearl 5299
    • Copper 5018
    • Black 5042

1 part Green Pearl
1 part black
= Forest Pearl

1 part Blue Pearl
1 part Green Pearl
= Teal Pearl

1 part Teal Pearl (from recipe above)
1 part Black
= Dark Teal Pearl

1 park Dark Teal (from recipe above)
2 parts Pearl
= Blue Seafoam Pearl

1 part Forest Pearl
2 parts Pearl
= Green Seafoam Pearl

1 part Blue Pearl
1 part Gold
= Army Green Pearl

1 part Gold
1 part Black
= Bronze

4 parts Gold
1 part Green Pearl
= Lime Gold

2 parts Gold
1 part Green Pearl
= Olive Pearl

1 part Blue Pearl
1 part Copper
= Maroon Pearl

1 part Maroon Pearl (from recipe above)
1 part Gold
