Time to Complete: Less than an Hour
Step 1
Preheat oven to 275° F. Test temperature with Oven Thermometer for perfectly cured clay.
Step 2
For each snowman, use Clay Knife to cut ½ block of Whipped Cream for head, 1½ blocks for body and ¼ block for each arm. Condition pieces separately by kneading until soft and smooth. Roll shapes at left; press arms to body at shoulders. Make 6 snowmen. Condition last Whipped Cream block and roll 6 small oblong balls for noses.
Step 3
Cut 1 block each of Clover and Pomegranate into eighths. Roll 3 cut piece of each color into balls and flatten into discs; use finger to flatten one edge of each disc. Place discs on top of snowmen bodies, flat edges to back. Roll 9 tiny balls of each color for buttons; press 3 buttons to each body, alternating colors. Roll remaining clay into two ropes and press flat; cut scarf tails and press to bodies, shaping slightly with fingers.
Step 4
Use pointed tip of small Etch 'n Pearl to add details to buttons and to make eyes. Use concave end of large Etch 'n Pearl to indent mouths. Press noses to faces.
Step 5
To assemble snowmen, lay flat hand-to-hand and press together in snowflake ornament shape.
Step 6
Bake clay according to Basic Instructions.
