Clay softeners improve the texture of dry, crumbly clay. Use both the liquid version, Sculpey Clay Softener, and the solid version, Mold Maker, very sparingly. Add either a few drop of the liquid or a pinch of the solid and thoroughly knead into the clay until you have the perfect consistency.
