Project Instructions
    Getting Started:
Please make sure your work area is covered and you are not working on an unprotected surface. We recommend working on the Sculpey® Oven Safe Work Mat, wax paper, metal baking sheet, or disposable foil. Uncured Liquid Polymer Clay may damage unprotected furniture or finished surfaces. Be sure to cover your crafting area appropriately. - Stir Liquid Sculpey® completely. Thin with Sculpey® Liquid Clay Softener as needed - Wash hands after use (we have found that baby wipes work best)

    Baking:
• It is important to use oven thermometer when you bake the liquids so that you can ensure your oven is at the correct temperature. • Do not microwave the liquids. They must be baked in a Preheated oven at 275 ºF (130 ºC) for liquid colors and 300 ºF (149 ºC) for Clear – Do not exceed baking temperatures. • If your piece is less than 1/4” bake for 15 minutes. For thicker pieces that are 1/4” or above bake for 30 minutes. • If your liquid project has become yellowed or discolored in the oven, when you remake it, tent it by placing either – folding an index card in half and placing your project under it or by using aluminum foil over your project.
Make a small strip of Sculpey Premo™ Graphite Pearl, about 1” long by 1/2” wide. Cut it in half and make a little ball of each.
Press ball into the small donut shape in the Boho Chic mold. Shave off excess with Super Slicer. Gently flex the mold to release the clay from the mold without distorting it. Repeat. Save the excess pieces of Graphite Pearl.
Fill the small obelisk shapes in the Jewelry Mold with Garnet Metallic Liquid. Place the mold and the 2 donut shapes into the preheated 275F oven. Bake together for 30 minutes.
Cut and bend eye pins as shown.
Glue the post findings onto the back of the donut shapes. Glue the altered head pin onto the post finding, leaving the eye protruding as shown. Repeat. Let glue dry.
Flatten the remaining pieces of Graphite Pearl and form into circles. Apply Bake n’ Bond to the back of the earrings.
Settle the clay circle onto the earring back with Small Ball Stylus.
Make a flat bar of scrap clay. Place a strip of parchment on top of it. Poke your earrings into it.
Fill the center of the donuts with Rose Gold Liquid Sculpey. It forms a cute little round dome if you don’t use too much. Bake for 30 minutes at 275F. Cool.
Connect the Garnet obelisks with jump ring. How sweet are these?
