H - Lauren Van Hemmert
Lauren Van Hemert is an artist and instructor from Raleigh, North Carolina. Her work has been featured in Polymer Café Magazine, Lapidary Journal, Scrap & Stamp Arts, and Rubber Stamper Magazine. She is the founder and current President of The Capital Area Polymer Clay Guild in Raleigh and one of the co-coordinators of ClayQuest 2005.
Vintage hotel/luggage labels are transferred to polymer clay using gin. The images are cured and adhered to the canvas using Super Glue Gel.
