I live in South Carolina with my my wonderful husband, son and granddaughter. I've always loved crafts and I've done just about everything one can imagine. Almost 13 years ago I picked up my first block of polymer clay..I've been hooked since! I make mostly miniatures, beads and ornaments. I sell my work through several shops, craft shows and on the internet. I love the versatility of this medium. If you haven't tried working with polymer clay I strongly suggest you give it a try. If you're like me, you won't be able to put it down.
Working clay on canvas was new to me. I used liquid Sculpey mixed with acrylic paint for my background. The leaves and apple blossoms are simple canes. For my tree trunk I used tan, brown, translucent and black clay marbled.
