Directions

• Make coils of green, yellow and orange clay about 2 inches in length. Twist these coils together. Continue alternating twisting and rolling until you are satisfied with the pattern.

• Gently roll up the clay to form a coil and pinch off the end when the coil is about 1-1/2 inches big.

• Make a coil of purple clay about 3 inches long and flatten it slightly to form the body. Attach the coil and position the body to add character to your snail. Eyes are added by placing flatten circles of pink clay and smaller yellow balls.
